Are you ready to find your better half? Well, look no further than BetterHalf! This dating site is the perfect place for singles looking for love. But how does it stack up against other online dating sites? Is it worth signing up and taking a chance on finding that special someone? Read this review of BetterHalf to find out if its features make it stand out from the crowd – and whether or not you should give this matchmaking service a try!
Well, if you’re looking for a dating site that’s worth your time and money, BetterHalf isn’t it. It’s like trying to find a needle in a haystack! The search feature is pretty much useless and the matches are far from ideal. Plus, their customer service is non-existent – they don’t even respond when you reach out with questions or concerns. All in all, I’d say skip this one altogether; there are plenty of better options out there!

How we reviewed BetterHalf
As an online dating expert, I took the time to thoroughly review BetterHalf. My team and I tested both free and paid versions of the site by sending messages to other users (we sent over 500 messages in total within a span of 10 days). We also looked into user profiles on BetterHalf, analyzed their features like matchmaking algorithms as well as messaging tools. Additionally, we explored all aspects related to safety measures such as profile verification processes that are put in place for members’ security. To make sure our reviews were accurate and comprehensive enough for readers’ benefit, we even reached out directly with customer service representatives from BetterHalf multiple times throughout this process so that they could answer any questions or concerns regarding how their platform works. We take pride in offering detailed insights into different dating sites – something not many other review sites do – because it is important for us that our readers get a complete picture before making decisions about which one suits them best when looking for love online!
Help & Support
If you’re looking for a dating site with decent support, BetterHalf isn’t the place to go. Don’t get me wrong – it’s great in terms of its features and user experience, but when it comes to customer service? Forget about it! I’ve tried contacting them multiple times over the past few weeks and never got any response or even an acknowledgement that my message was received.
It’s like they don’t have anyone manning their help desk at all! And if there is someone working on support queries, then boy are they slow as molasses – because no matter how long I wait for a reply from them (which usually ends up being forever), nothing ever arrives in my inbox. It’s incredibly frustrating considering most other sites respond within 24 hours tops.
On top of that, there doesn’t seem to be any page dedicated solely towards frequently asked questions either which would make things so much easier since users wouldn’t need to contact BetterHalf directly just yet before getting some answers first-hand without having anything solved by one of their representatives anyway. This means everyone has no choice but rely on emailing or calling them…but good luck trying your luck with those two options since neither works out very well here unfortunately..
To sum this review up: If you want fast replies from customer service personnel who actually know what they’re talking about instead of giving generic responses left right and center – look elsewhere than BetterHalf; because chances are slim that you’ll find satisfactory assistance here anytime soon…if ever at all!
I recently tried out BetterHalf, a dating site that claims to be the “best matchmaker” around. Unfortunately, my experience was far from perfect. The user profiles are public and anyone can view them without signing up for an account – which is kind of creepy if you ask me! You also can’t set a custom bio or hide your location info on your profile so it’s pretty much open season for any creepers who want to find you online.
Plus, there’s no indication of how close two users actually are in terms of distance – even though they do provide some basic information about where someone lives (which isn’t very helpful). I mean come on…it would be nice if they could at least give us an idea as to whether we’re compatible with someone geographically speaking before we take things further!
On top of all this, there doesn’t seem to be many benefits when it comes to having a premium subscription either; nothing more than being able access other people’s photos and messages faster than non-paying members anyway. Plus during my time using the service I encountered quite a few fake profiles too – which just goes against everything BetterHalf stands for…or should stand for at least!
Overall then? Well let’s just say that after trying out BetterHalf I’m not exactly jumping through hoops recommending it anytime soon – unless something changes drastically in their approach real soon like yesterday!!
Design & Usability
When it comes to online dating, looks matter. Unfortunately for BetterHalf, its design and usability are a major letdown. The colors used on the site make it look like something from the early 2000s – bright pinks and blues that give off an outdated vibe. It’s almost enough to put you off even trying out this service!
The user interface is also not very intuitive or helpful when navigating around the website; there are too many tabs with no clear indication of where they lead which can be quite confusing at times. Plus, if you’re looking for any kind of customization options such as profile pictures or backgrounds then forget about it – none exist here!
To top things off, their search function isn’t great either; results often come up in random order making finding someone specific a bit tricky unless you know exactly what keywords to use (which I didn’t). Even after narrowing down your choices by age range etc., there were still way too many profiles coming up so scrolling through them all was tedious work indeed! And don’t get me started on how slow loading pages could be…it made me want to pull my hair out sometimes waiting for them all to load properly before continuing onto another page. Yikes!!
Thankfully though if you do decide purchase one of their paid subscriptions then some UI improvements become available including better navigation tools and faster loading speeds but overall I wouldn’t recommend BetterHalf due its lackluster design & usability features alone – save yourself time & energy elsewhere folks!
Ah, BetterHalf – the dating site that’s got everyone talking. But what about their mobile app? Well, I’m here to tell you all there is to know! Unfortunately for those of us who are always on-the-go and looking for love in our pockets, BetterHalf doesn’t have a native app yet. It seems they’re still working out some kinks before launching it into the world wide web. That said, don’t worry if you’ve already downloaded something claiming to be an official version – chances are it isn’t legit and could even contain malicious software or viruses! Yikes! But why hasn’t BetterHalf released its own dedicated application yet? The most likely answer is that they want make sure everything works perfectly before taking this big step forward; after all no one wants buggy software when trying find true love online (or offline!). Plus with so many competitors offering similar services these days companies like Better Half need every advantage possible in order stay ahead of the game – including having a top notch mobile experience from start finish.
That being said though there are ways around not having your own dedicated app: namely using Progressive Web Apps (PWAs). These allow users access certain features without needing download anything extra onto their device which can often take up precious storage space as well as cause security issues due compatibility problems between operating systems etc… So while we may not get full blown “Betterhalf App” anytime soon at least PWAs give us access much needed functionality wherever we go…and hopefully by now y’all should feel more confident swiping away on better half regardless whether or not they ever launch an actual application themselves 🙂
BetterHalf is a dating site that promises to help you find your better half. But when it comes to pricing, they don’t really live up to their name. Sure, the basic version of BetterHalf is free – but if you want any real features like messaging or seeing who’s liked your profile then you’ll have to pay for one of their premium subscriptions. And let me tell ya, those prices ain’t cheap!
The most expensive subscription plan costs $59 per month and doesn’t even include all the bells and whistles other sites offer at similar prices (or lower). So while I can appreciate that BetterHalf offers some useful features with its paid plans – such as being able to see who has viewed your profile – overall I think there are much more competitively priced options out there on the market right now.
Bottom line: Unless money isn’t an issue for you then maybe give this one a miss…you could be getting so much more bang for buck elsewhere!
|Create a profile, Search for matches, Send and receive messages, Upload photos

Some alternatives to BetterHalf include OkCupid, Tinder, and Bumble. These dating sites offer a variety of features that can help users find the perfect match for them.
- Plenty of Fish
- Best for those who are looking to find a serious relationship.
- Best for people seeking long-term commitment and companionship.
- Best for singles interested in exploring different cultures, lifestyles, and backgrounds.
BetterHalf only accepts credit cards, which is really inconvenient. It would be great if they accepted other payment methods like PayPal or Apple Pay. I’m not sure why they don’t accept more options – it’s kind of a bummer!
I’m not a fan of BetterHalf – it’s way too expensive. It costs an arm and a leg just to sign up, let alone actually use the site! I’d stay away if you’re looking for something affordable.
I’m not sure how many users BetterHalf has, but it doesn’t seem like there are enough to make the dating site worth my time. I’ve been on for a while and haven’t had much luck finding anyone compatible with me. Definitely not impressed with the user base here!
Absolutely not! It’s just another scammy dating site, preying on desperate singles. Don’t waste your time or money with this one – there are much better options out there.
